Q: Where did this list come from?

A: This website is based on Infot Inc's Directory of Chinese Suppliers and Chinese suppliers are free to add their companies to this list. 

Q: How do you rank the suppliers in this list?

A: We rank a supplier based on the information we already have. Those information include,  but not limited to, website hits received, inqueries received, feedbacks from the visitors, error reports, company size, export volumes, turn over, registered capitals, business nature, integrality of contact information, website quality. 

If the website or email address of a supplier is reported as "not functional", we will put the supplier to the end of the list to reduce the opportunity of being hit by visitors.

However, the rank maintained by our editors doesn't guarantee any credibility of the supplier. A bank rank doesn't means a bad supplier but in fact, we don't prefer you put it on the end of your contact list. 

Q: I want to add my company to this list, how can I do this?

You must be a Chinese Supplier to be listed on this website. By "Chinese" we actually mean the mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao and you must have an office (factory, company) registered within above areas. If you are a subsidary of a subsidiary Chinese company registered in any other areas, you must submit your Chinese parent company first and add yourself as a contact or department. 

No foreign companies other than above areas accepted.  However, we accept advertisement from all countries. 

Q: How can I send messages to a supplier?

You can send messages to a limited number of suppliers without VIP membership. However, those messages are processed by the delivery system via email only and if there is no functional email address registered for the recipient, the message will be simply dropped without any notice. 

VIP members can queue more messages each month and our delivery team will manually handle those deliveries if necessary. For example, the message may be delivered by fax to the recipient if there is no valid email address to do so. 

We monitor and review each messages sent through this system. Please don't send confidential information using this system. We may also reject, drop, cancel or modify your message if necessary. 

We don't allow unsolicited commerical advertises sent through our system.

Q: Why I can not see information such as email address, websites?

We reserve those information for VIP members only. You can get those information by purchasing the VIP membership or order the database CD. 

Q: Why I get a "denied" message when I browse your database?

If you get an "denied" message or similar response, your are blocked by copyright protection mechansim.  We don't allow any visitors to "harvest" our online database, even the visitor has a VIP membership. Use a robot to download (save) hundreds of pages from this website is prohibited and violates the "Terms of Service". 

To get the whole database of this list, you can purchase its CD-ROM or buy the publishing license.
